Chỉ số tưới máu (Pi):
- Phạm vi đo 0,3%~20%
- Kiểu pin:2AAA

Hướng dẫn sử dụng máy đo nồn độ oxy trong máu
Đối với người dùng thiết bị nói chung và các bệnh nhân F0 nhẹ nói riêng, theo dõi tại nhà có thể sử dụng máy đo nồng độ oxy trong máu để theo dõi nhưng cần đọc đúng thông số, báo cho nhân viên y tế khi nhịp mạch, chỉ số SpO2 bất thường.
Cách sử dụng:
Bước 1: Kiểm tra xem máy còn pin hay không, nếu hết pin thì cần thay pin mới hoặc sạc pin (tùy loại máy)
Bước 2: Mở kẹp, đặt ngón tay vào khe kẹp sao cho đầu ngón tay chạm vào điểm tận cùng của máy. Lưu ý không được sơn móng tay, sử dụng móng tay giả hoặc mỹ phẩm trên ngón tay được đo. Đảm bảo móng tay không quá dài, để đầu ngón tay có thể che kín bộ phận cảm biến trong khe kẹp.
Bước3: Nhấn nút nguồn để khởi động máy. Không cử động tay trong khi đo. Kết quả đo sẽ hiển thị trên màn hình sau vài giây.
Bước 4: Khi kết thúc đo, rút ngón tay ra, sau vài giây máy sẽ tự tắt.
Cách đọc các thông số:
SpO2 sẽ hiển thị dưới dạng số ở vị trí ghi chữ SpO2. Đơn vị đo tỉ lệ phần trăm (%). Phạm vi đo: 0-100%. Giá trị bình thường: 94-100%.
Nhịp mạch sẽ hiển thị dưới dạng số ở vị trí hình trái tim, hoặc vị trí ghi chữ PR. Đơn vị đo: lần/phút . Phạm vi đo: 0-254 lần/phút. Giá trị bình thường: 60-100 lần/phút (đối với người lớn, lúc nghỉ ngơi).
Theo bác sĩ, sau khi đo nồng độ oxy trong máu, F0 cần liên hệ nhân viên y tế khi nhịp mạch < 60 lần/phút hoặc > 100 lần/phút khi người được đo đang nghỉ ngơi. Ngưỡng giá trị này không áp dụng cho trẻ em, các vận động viên và những người có tiền căn bệnh lý tim mạch, rối loạn nhịp tim.
SpO2 < 94% khi người được đo đang thở khí trời hoặc khí phòng. Ngưỡng giá trị này không áp dụng cho những người có tiền căn bệnh hen suyễn, bệnh phổi mạn tính, suy tim, hoặc khi đo ở độ cao trên 1500m so với mực nước biển.
